That's quite good, Adolf...especially considering the circumstances.
Did you also do backing vocals, or WAT?

Me singing would have only reduced the quality of our performance......   :ohok:

Me and a friend are starting a sludge/doom/drone band. First rehearsals/jam probably next week. Right now it'll be just the two of us, he's gonna play drums or bass and me guitar or bass. Should be fun. :sorcerer:

"Band" practice finally happened today. Made one evil riff and it sounds demonic. 8)

Oh Orange, how I love thee.

I have the Tiny Terror and I love it.
ohh greenland is a barren land
a land that bears no green
where there\'s ice and snow
and the whale fishies blooow
and daylights seldom seen

I was asked to join some friends of friends to play bass in a band that will perform at a small party-like thing in 4 weeks.  I agreed but am now shitting my pants because of the 12 songs I can only play 4 now....  going to have to CRAM for the next few weeks.  The guitar player, drummer and singer are all pretty awesome, so I will be the weakest link fo sho.

This is the set list, in no particular order, of which we will probably drop the worst 2 for a total of 10.

Outshined – Soundgarden
Have a Drink on Me – AC/DC
Neon Knights – Black Sabbath
Everybody Wants Some – Van Halen
Night train – Guns n Roses
I’m on Fire – Van Halen
Lil’ Devil – The Cult
Mob Rules – Black Sabbath
Slide it in – Whitesnake
Green Manalishi – Judas Priest
Flying high again – Ozzy Osbourne
Highway to Hell – AC/DC

Green Manalishi – Judas Priest......Is that the same song as Fleetwood Mac's version? And I mean Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac.

Yes it is the same song..... but a different feel to it.  No big surprise with Fleetwood Mac and Judas Priest.

A few tweaks have been made to the list,

Flying high again, Highway to Hell - Out

Judas Priest - Victim of Changes - In

Only have 2 left that I need to learn, On Fire, and Mob Rules.  Hopefully will get these down in a couple days..... not that I am great at all of them.  Still need to polish up the edges quite a bit.

Same song but Priest did it better (like all the covers they did).

Good call with Victim of Changes.  Hope you have someone with that vocal range!
