What FD lenses do you have?

2x (I believe) 50mm, 300mm tele, and a macro ring, I believe. Pourquoi?

Hve you considered buying a camera with FD mount? Although I guess manual focusing on SLR can be a bitch.

I dunno man...EOS has been around for a long time now, so the FD cameras will be rather old and you run into risk with the state of the shutter curtain and all.
But this would be an option:

The T90, aka THE TANK  :ehehe:

(On a side note: the Canon T-series cameras look rather dated (I owned a T80 at some point, with a motordrive lens)...I like Minolta's design of that period much more)

Yea, true. Also you could always buy an FD to EOS mount adaptor if you wanted to use those lenses.

Luci, if I ever find a Canon EOS-1N for a decent price, I might go for it. But people seem to be selling them for 300-400 euros, still.
An alternative would be the (older) EOS-1.

The EOS-1 (hard to search for, as you'll also encounter EOS-1D's while doing searches...

The EOS-1N:

Surely you can get 1N cheaper. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Canon-EOS-1-body-Canon-Power-Driver-Booster-E-1-/330683820736?pt=UK_Film_Cameras&hash=item4cfe4aaac0#ht_1037wt_1396  8)

But yea, some camera really hold their price. Especially medium format cameras like Mamiya, Hasselblad, Rolleiflex. Or 35mm ones like Leica M3-M7, which I really want, but there's pretty much no way to get just the body for under 500.

Hmm...interesting.

Btw, before I forgot to mention I also have this:

Haven't used it so far though...bought it for, if I remember correctly, 20 Pounds in London.

I think I've been at that station. It's the fanciest one, right? Fairly close to the main sites?

Anyway, the bid on the Soligor 24mm lens was accepted and I should receive it this week.  :ozz:
